Thesis

Sound, software, strategy—I build the invisible infrastructure behind things that move people. Twenty years in, still reading the room.

Still listening.

About

Texan. Grew up everywhere. Homeschooled until eleven, totally self-directed. The kind of person who learns by doing—who taught themselves to code, to mix a show, to build a product, to read a market—because the curriculum was always too narrow for the way I actually think.

Started building websites and doing SEO for a Texas real estate company at eighteen, right as the 2008 financial crisis was rewriting every rule. That early collision of technology, markets, and chaos shaped everything that came after.

By twenty-two I was playing guitar and keys in DIIV—Pitchfork’s #40 album of 2012, features in The Fader, NME, Interview Magazine. By twenty-five I was running NYC operations for OM Digital. By thirty I’d been designing AV systems for Ace Hotel for half a decade and mixing front-of-house for touring acts across the country.

Now I design and build web products from zero—five interconnected PWAs for the touring industry, AI content platforms, audiovisual instruments—while still touring with Hot Chip, Belle & Sebastian, and The Flaming Lips.
